Your NYE Tucson Options

From hotel parties to restaurant specials and one of a kind outings, New Year’s Eve in Tucson is packed with events. Check out the Hangover Nationals Drag Racing tournament at Tucson Dragway for a unique option, or head to the Maverick Night Club for their Casino del Sol New Year’s Eve party for the 21+ crowd. It’s free and always wildly popular.

Here are a few other picks to get you in the party mood:

  • Westin La Paloma Resort’s Dinner Theater Variety Show and Party. This event goes all night and offers interactive fun. Enjoy a three-course dinner service by candlelight followed by a three-act murder mystery show with a sprinkling of comedy.
  • Golden Pin Lanes Adult New Year’s Eve Party. If an evening of poker, blackjack and table games strikes your fancy, head to the Golden Pin. It’s family-friendly from noon until three, and of course there’s bowling and party favors galore.
  • Children’s Museum Happy Noon Year. Traveling with little ones? The countdown to noon comes on the heels of a balloon drop and special treats. Free with regular admission.
  • Monterey Court’s New Year’s Eve Party. Enjoy classic rock at this free event where you can drink and dance the night away.
  • Westward Look Resort’s Catalina Ballroom New Year’s Eve Rock & Roll. From 7:30 p.m. – 12:30 a.m., the party goes strong with drink specials. Formal attire is encouraged.
  • Hotel Congress. One of the longest-running parties in Tucson, it shuts down at 2 a.m. and every year the party gets hotter.

Where will you ring in 2018?
